Endor Labs is hiring a Principal Member of Technical Staff to serve as a cross-cutting technical leader in its engineering organization. This pure individual-contributor role focuses on architectural direction, backend platform evolution, high-performance SaaS services, reliability, security, and cross-team technical leadership. The role requires 15+ years of software engineering experience, strong backend and distributed-systems expertise, security product experience, Go proficiency, and production experience with Kubernetes, MongoDB, and/or PostgreSQL. It is based in Palo Alto, California, follows a hybrid work model, and offers a compensation range of $220,000 to $300,000 plus potential incentives.
