SOCOTEC is hiring a Principal, Building Envelope to provide executive leadership for its New Construction practice. The role combines advanced building envelope technical expertise with strategic business leadership, overseeing complex consulting projects, client relationships, project delivery, financial performance, innovation, and multidisciplinary team development. The Principal will serve as a trusted advisor, lead forensic investigations and technical evaluations, support expert witness matters, and guide the growth of the practice in the New York market and beyond. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least 15 years of progressive experience, professional licensure, and the ability to travel regionally and nationally; compensation is $190,000-$240,000 plus an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.
