SOCOTEC is hiring a full-time Principal, Building Envelope to provide executive leadership for its Building Envelope consulting practice. The role combines advanced technical expertise in building enclosure systems, waterproofing, forensic investigations, rehabilitation, commissioning, and quality assurance with strategic business development, client relationship management, project profitability, practice growth, and multidisciplinary team leadership. The Principal will serve as a trusted advisor to architects, developers, owners, and other stakeholders, oversee complex new construction and rehabilitation projects, and mentor technical staff.
