Takeda is hiring a Principal Business Analyst for its Innovation Capability Center in Mexico City to own reporting, analytics, and AI requirements for the CAPTIVATE ecosystem and portfolio management capabilities. The role leads end-to-end requirements and delivery oversight, defines data product requirements, maintains a requirements roadmap, supports dashboards and scenario planning, and partners with Product, Data, Integration, and technical teams. It requires a relevant bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience, 12+ years of business analysis experience, 5+ years in Lean/Agile development, SQL, BI, and visualization skills, and fluency in English.
