Adobe is hiring a P50 Operations Leader for its Firefly Foundry pre-sales organization. The role builds operational cadences, tracking, reporting, and execution systems; coordinates new-business and customer-opportunity activities; drives pipeline progression across pre-sales and post-sales teams; and serves as an operational and strategic advisor to leadership. The position requires 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, sales operations, or related fields, familiarity with CRM and business intelligence tools, and approximately 25% travel. The U.S. pay range is $133,400 to $248,400 annually, with California and New York ranges of $171,600 to $248,400.
