Microsoft is hiring a Principal Business Architect to advise senior business and technology leaders on AI-driven business transformation. The role develops transformation roadmaps, operating models, business cases, and value frameworks; connects customer challenges with Microsoft's AI, Copilot, and agentic capabilities; collaborates with sales, delivery, engineering, and product teams; and contributes thought leadership and mentorship. Candidates need experience in business architecture, management consulting, enterprise transformation, or strategic advisory roles, along with a record of delivering complex transformation initiatives and strong executive communication and stakeholder-influence skills.
