Intuit is hiring a Strategy & Biz Ops Principal to run the operating system for its Lending businesses, shape multi-year strategy, and accelerate execution across Product, Risk, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, Sales, Partnerships, and other lending leadership teams. The role owns performance cadences, dashboards, risk and opportunity narratives, funnel blockers, accountability, and repeatable decision-making systems, while requiring 10+ years of strategy, business operations, product strategy, consulting, or operating experience in high-growth technology environments. The position is based in Mountain View or San Francisco, with a base pay range of $197,000 to $266,000.
