Intuit is hiring a Principal on the Services Portfolio Strategy & Growth team to serve as a senior individual contributor and trusted advisor to Services leadership. The role owns the Services Operating System, including operating cadences, annual planning, priority setting, resource allocation, performance reporting, executive decision forums, accountability mechanisms, risk monitoring, and performance narratives. It requires 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, or management consulting in technology or SaaS environments, along with strong operational, analytical, executive communication, collaboration, ownership, and AI fluency skills. The position is based in Mountain View or San Francisco, with a base pay range of $197,000 to $266,000.
