Intuit is hiring a Principal, Business Operations within its Customer Success organization to lead strategic planning, operating model improvements, and cross-functional execution for the Mid-Market space. The role partners with executive leadership to drive annual planning, monitor KPIs, conduct data-driven analysis, and enable leadership focus through durable operating rhythms and reduced friction in business operations. The position requires 8+ years of strategy & operations, consulting, finance, analytics, or operations experience, strong business and financial acumen, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The role is based in San Diego or Mountain View, California, with a base pay range of $196,000 to $266,000 depending on location.
