Esri is hiring a Training Services Business Operations Manager to support the Training Services team with pricing, revenue, cost, risk, contract, compliance, GSA schedule, and process-improvement initiatives. The role prepares financial reports and P&L analysis, negotiates agreements, manages customer and partner relationships, and presents recommendations to department leadership. It requires at least eight years of relevant business operations experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is unavailable. The position is onsite in the Redlands, California area and offers a base salary of $90,480 to $166,400 USD.
