Description
The role provides formal strategic coaching and supports bank-wide strategic planning, including goal formulation, market and regulatory analysis, portfolio-level strategy development, balanced-scorecard and executive KPI design, performance reporting, and cross-functional execution. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or finance field, at least 10 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or a related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience managing cross-functional teams.
