Apps Associates is hiring an AppsChange Lead to lead change management strategy and execution across complex, multi-stakeholder Oracle transformation engagements. The role focuses on building relationships and influence across project teams and client stakeholders, communicating buy-in, activating change champions, adapting to scope changes, and owning the commercial health of the workstream. Candidates need at least five years of experience leading organizational change management for ERP, HCM, Oracle Cloud, or similar large-scale enterprise system transformations, along with strong communication, stakeholder-influence, and change-framework skills.
