Description
Worley is hiring a Civil Engineering Discipline Manager to lead the civil engineering discipline for medium- to small-scale mining projects. The role manages the assigned civil engineering team, coordinates technical plans, contractual agreements, project milestones, estimates, proposals, quality, HSE, schedules, and deliverables, and collaborates with clients, vendors, contractors, and other disciplines. It requires a Civil Engineering degree, active registration with the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú, at least 15 years of relevant professional experience including 8 years in a similar role, extensive mining project experience, and knowledge of civil design, geotechnics, drainage, cost estimation, and project management software.
