Redding Ridge Asset Management is seeking a Structuring & Advisory Associate to support CLO and fund finance structuring and advisory work. The role involves drafting and negotiating core CLO documentation, coordinating with banks, counsel, investors, and rating agencies, supporting new issuances and resets, developing fund finance products, and managing external counsel relationships. Candidates need at least five years of relevant legal practice experience, extensive structured finance drafting experience, a Juris Doctor and bachelor’s degree, and strong legal judgment, communication, and process-management skills. The position offers a base salary of $300,000 plus a discretionary annual bonus.
