Microsoft is hiring a Principal Cloud Solution Architect, Cloud and Agentic AI Solutions, to lead customer-facing technical engagements that move AI applications and agents from experimentation to production on Azure. The role covers architecture design, proof of concepts, pilots, production milestones, delivery oversight, workload optimization, customer feedback, and technical skilling, while contributing reusable intellectual property and improving delivery quality at scale. It is 100% remote, requires a bachelor's degree and 7+ years of cloud and AI platform experience or equivalent experience, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD 130,900–251,900 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
