Interclypse is seeking motivated and career-oriented Principal Compliance Engineers to join their team. This role involves advising clients on integrating compliance into technical operations, converting legal knowledge into software and systems engineering requirements, and supporting mission-oriented outcomes. The position requires extensive experience in legal, compliance, or related professional backgrounds, particularly within the Intelligence Community, with a strong understanding of U.S. government privacy laws and policies.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: fifteen years of legal, compliance, or related professional background and experience
five years of experience working in the Intelligence Community in either a Legal, Policy, Compliance or Privacy & Civil Liberties capacity.
Preferred Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of the U.S. government’s privacy laws, regulations, and policies, mainly as they apply to the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community (IC).
Demonstrated basic understanding of the different roles and authorities of the Intelligence Community elements.
Formal training or experience interpreting/applying the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act in an intelligence production operation.
Formal training or experience with Federal, State, and foreign government data privacy laws.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in delivering presentations to stakeholders.
