Description
Muybridge is hiring a Principal Computer Vision Engineer to lead its most difficult research and production problems. The role involves setting technical direction, prototyping novel approaches, translating research into robust production algorithms, and challenging the team’s modeling, calibration, reconstruction, and rendering approaches. The engineer will work as a peer in a small R&D team, primarily using Rust, and may contribute to novel view synthesis, NeRF, Gaussian splatting, 3D reconstruction, camera calibration, and deep learning. A PhD in a relevant field is preferred, but a master’s degree with deep hands-on experience is also welcome.
