T&M Associates is hiring a Principal Construction Inspector to serve as the Owner’s on-site representative for municipal and county infrastructure projects. The role performs construction inspections and administration across roadway reconstruction, utilities, water and sewer systems, concrete work, grading, drainage, and site development; ensures contractor compliance; prepares field reports; resolves technical issues; and may guide junior inspectors. The position is based in Middletown or Bloomfield, supports projects within a one-hour travel radius, and offers a hybrid work environment with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
