The role combines program and project leadership, staff supervision and development, transportation-sector business development, proposal and client relationship activities, project planning and scheduling, and responsibility for profitability. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, California Professional Engineer registration, a valid driver's license, 15 years of progressively responsible industry experience, strong communication and technical writing skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn Deltek Vision. The position offers an annual base salary of $225,000–$275,000, hybrid work, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
