BKF Engineers is hiring a Principal Construction Manager to lead the Construction Management Department's Water Resources division in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. The role combines program and project leadership, staff supervision and development, transportation-sector business development, proposal and contracting support, client and elected-official engagement, scheduling, delivery quality, and profitability oversight. Candidates need a civil engineering bachelor's degree or related field, California Professional Engineer registration, a valid driver's license, at least 15 years of progressively responsible industry experience, strong communication and technical writing skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to learn Deltek Vision. Desired experience includes major water and wastewater infrastructure, treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, flood control, stormwater, groundwater wells, and SCADA commissioning.
