BKF Engineers is hiring a Principal Construction Manager to lead the Construction Management Department’s Water Resources division in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. The role combines program and project leadership, staff supervision and development, transportation-sector business development, proposal and contracting support, client and industry engagement, scheduling, quality delivery, and profitability management. Candidates need a civil engineering bachelor’s degree or related field, California Professional Engineer registration, a valid driver’s license, and 15 years of progressively responsible industry experience. Desired experience includes water and wastewater infrastructure, pipelines, treatment plants, pumping facilities, stormwater and flood control systems, and SCADA commissioning.
