BKF Engineers is hiring a Principal Construction Manager to lead the Water Resources division of its Construction Management Department in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. The role combines program and project leadership, staff supervision and development, transportation and water-infrastructure business development, proposal and contracting support, client and elected-official engagement, scheduling, delivery quality, and profitability management. Candidates need a civil engineering degree, California Professional Engineer registration, a valid driver's license, and 15 years of progressively responsible industry experience, along with strong communication, technical writing, Microsoft Office, and Deltek Vision skills. The position is hybrid, offers an annual base salary of $225,000-$275,000, and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, paid leave, flexible schedules, and education reimbursement.
