RecordPoint is hiring a Principal Business Consultant to lead complex, multi-stakeholder records-management and information-governance engagements across regulated customers in Australia, New Zealand, and North America. The role owns end-to-end onboarding and post-Gate 2 configuration, solution patterns, advisory frameworks, quality standards, executive advising, consultant coaching, and onboarding performance. It requires deep records-management expertise, substantial client-facing consulting experience, SaaS implementation or functional onboarding experience, AI fluency, and formal study or certification in records management, information management, or business information systems.
