Description
The role leads reusable industrial automation platforms across hot cells, glycol systems, deicing solutions, and related product platforms. Responsibilities include defining PLC, HMI, controls, electrical, networking, cybersecurity, testing, and documentation standards; translating requirements into controls designs and controlled releases; leading integrated design reviews and troubleshooting; and mentoring engineers and technicians. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and typically 10 or more years of progressive controls and automation experience, with regular presence in panel shops, equipment assembly, testing, and production areas, plus travel to customer sites.
