Micron Technology is hiring a Customer Integration Engineer to support the integration of advanced HBM products into customer systems. The role focuses on technical engagement across product development, system architecture, build, front-end and back-end processes, package failure analysis, qualification, and test. The engineer will apply deep technical knowledge in one or more subject areas, participate in technical reviews and failure analysis, collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges, and support yield improvement and qualification efforts. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field and hands-on experience in one or more listed areas are required.
