The role leads end-to-end customer-insights strategy projects, develops learning and measurement plans, connects insights to execution, recommends action, and advances AI-native customer-intelligence infrastructure. Candidates need 8–12+ years of experience in customer insights, strategy, analytics, management consulting, or a related field, along with strong executive communication, structured problem solving, data judgment, and influence skills. The expected base pay range in Mountain View is $207,000–$280,000.
