NVIDIA is hiring a Service Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale service programs for GPU-accelerated compute and networking platforms across global server facilities. The role coordinates production deployments, incident management, warranty delivery, hardware replacement, infrastructure upgrades, retrofit programs, NPI-to-production readiness, customer partnerships, and global logistics. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 15 years of hyperscale or cloud data center experience, and expertise in GPU-based compute, networking, field service, and service logistics. The base salary is 240,000 USD to 379,500 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until July 13, 2026.
