Workster is recruiting a Principal Cybersecurity Project Manager / PMO Lead for its Sofia-based team. The role leads complex cybersecurity programmes and projects, establishes PMO governance and reporting frameworks, manages portfolios and cross-functional stakeholders, monitors risks and budgets, oversees suppliers and partners, and prepares executive reporting. Candidates need significant cybersecurity project, programme, portfolio, or PMO experience, strong governance and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in English; the position is based in or can be performed from Sofia, Bulgaria.
