OpenText is hiring a Principal Data Analytics Engineer for its Sales Analytics team to build data infrastructure, analytical solutions, and automated workflows that support sales operations, pipeline visibility, territory optimization, forecasting, and seller productivity. The role focuses on account master data management and modeling, dimensional data modeling, SQL and Python data pipelines, BI dashboards, and technical leadership across Sales, Data Engineering, IT, and other stakeholders. Candidates need 10+ years of analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence experience, advanced SQL and Python skills, data modeling expertise, ETL/ELT experience, modern BI tool knowledge, Git familiarity, fluent English, and legal work authorization for Romania.
