Description
UKG is hiring a Principal, Data/Analytics and Benchmarking to build the analytical foundation for enterprise planning, performance management, and strategic initiative decisions. The role will define metrics and data sources, reconcile internal data, conduct internal and external benchmarking, develop models, dashboards, and scorecards, and translate complex analyses into executive-ready recommendations. It requires 7+ years of experience in enterprise business operations, data analytics, data science, strategic finance, or a related quantitative field, along with advanced analytical, AI, benchmarking, and communication skills. The pay range is $129,500 to $186,100, with possible performance-based bonuses and restricted stock unit awards.
