Description
The Principal Data Analytics & Intelligence Specialist- Private Banking will lead complex data management projects, develop data strategies, ensure data quality, and mentor junior team members. The role partners with Private Banking, Wealth, data engineering, analytics, enterprise AI, and digital experience teams to integrate product and transactional data, build dashboards, KPIs, predictive models, and agentic AI capabilities, and enable personalized client insights and intelligent decision-making. It requires 8+ years of relevant banking and data analytics experience, hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI, familiarity with agentic AI, and a bachelor's degree in a technical field. The position is hybrid, with four days onsite at a Citizens corporate office and one day remote, and pays $140,000-$180,000 per year plus a discretionary bonus.
