Description
Oracle is hiring a Principal, Data Center Cost Strategy & Operations to serve as the accountable business partner for Data Center Operations. The role leads annual planning, long-range planning, forecasting, performance management, budget and spend risk mitigation, decision-ready modeling, reporting, PAQ ownership, and cross-functional escalation resolution. It also builds and mentors business operations and planning capabilities and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of progressively responsible experience in business operations, strategic planning, FP&A, commercial finance, or related leadership, and data center or capital-intensive operations finance experience. The role offers a US hiring range of $100,000 to $209,500 per annum, with possible bonus and equity, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
