The role combines hands-on data center and cloud infrastructure support with technical writing, process engineering, documentation governance, and operational improvement. It supports escalations, incident response, region expansions, builds, installations, rack deployments, network changes, and facility optimization while creating runbooks, standards, knowledge articles, and scalable operational procedures. The position requires data center or cloud operations experience, server and Linux/Unix administration, networking and cloud knowledge, and a strong ability to translate technical work into clear documentation and process improvements.
