Oracle is hiring a Singapore-based Principal Site Selection Manager to lead the origination, structuring, and execution of data center site opportunities across assigned metros and regions. The role partners with capacity planning, engineering, construction, legal, security, networking, compliance, and operations teams; manages concurrent transactions; evaluates and negotiates lease opportunities; conducts lease-versus-build analyses; and prepares analytical reporting and executive updates. Candidates need at least six years of experience in industrial-scale site selection, data center industry knowledge, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, and willingness to travel internationally.
