Gather AI is hiring a Principal Data Engineer to build a greenfield data platform for its warehouse intelligence and robotics business. The role will design the full data foundation from raw to serving layers, create semantic and metrics layers, ensure governance, lineage, multi-tenancy, and data quality, and connect structured records with drone imagery and video. The position is a senior individual contributor role requiring extensive data engineering experience, cloud data platform expertise, SQL, dbt, orchestration, streaming, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
