Dragos is hiring a remote Data Engineering Community Lead to lead cross-functional efforts in re-architecting and modernizing core data systems, designing scalable and secure pipelines, establishing data contracts, implementing real-time processing, and contributing to observability and configuration tooling. The role requires 10+ years of data engineering experience, expertise in data modeling and cloud/on-premises industrial environments, and software development skills in languages such as Rust, Go, JVM-family, Python, or Node.js. Compensation is $225,000 plus competitive equity and comprehensive benefits.
