Konecranes is seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer in Chennai to provide technical leadership for scalable data solutions in a modern Lakehouse architecture. The role leads complex ETL/ELT initiatives, Azure Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Delta Lake pipelines; migrates data assets; establishes engineering standards; optimizes data models and pipelines; implements data quality, governance, security, and monitoring; and mentors Data Engineers. The position requires 10–15 years of professional experience, strong data engineering and analytics expertise, and the ability to collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.
