Description
Octus is hiring a Principal Data Engineer to design, develop, and lead scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines across its data platform. The hands-on individual contributor role includes technical leadership, architecture guidance, mentoring senior engineers, and managing AWS-based data infrastructure, pipelines, orchestration, data modeling, quality, and observability. The position requires expert Python and SQL skills, extensive cloud-native data engineering experience, Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code experience, and at least 8 years of data engineering or backend development experience.
