Mayo Clinic is hiring a Principal Data Engineer to serve as a hands-on technical authority for enterprise-scale data architecture and engineering. The role develops and deploys data pipelines, integrations, transformations, analytical models, and platform capabilities; provides technical leadership and mentorship; and partners with product, analytics, machine learning, and leadership teams. The position requires extensive data engineering, SQL, scripting, distributed computing, cloud and data platform, and DevOps experience, along with a relevant bachelor's or associate's degree and seven or nine years of professional or research experience. It is a full-time, 100% remote role for employees living within the United States, with a stated annual compensation range of $155,500.80 to $225,492.80 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and savings benefits.
