Description
Sigma Software is hiring a Principal/Staff Data Platform Engineer to lead the architecture and engineering of a greenfield, AI-first data platform for a global AdTech ecosystem. The role owns distributed data-platform design, scalable event-driven and lakehouse architectures, canonical data models, batch and near-real-time pipelines, data quality, observability, governance, tenant isolation, and platform performance. The engineer will also mentor engineers and partner with leadership and cross-functional teams, with a focus on technologies including Apache Iceberg, Spark, Flink, Trino, AWS, Python, Scala, Java, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
