SimpliSafe is hiring a Principal Data Scientist, GTM Data Science, to serve as a senior technical leader for growth, marketing, customer lifecycle, and personalization. The role will shape strategy and production systems that help acquire, retain, and grow subscriber relationships while improving the customer experience. Responsibilities include building and deploying machine learning solutions, developing customer acquisition and retention models, applying experimentation and causal inference, and operating scalable data and feature pipelines. The position requires significant experience with MLOps, cloud platforms, Python, SQL, and related technologies, along with typically 6+ years of relevant experience. The role offers a hybrid work model and a target annual base pay range of $182,000 to $242,600.
