Accelerant is hiring a Data Scientist to develop machine learning and AI systems that improve pricing, underwriting, portfolio management, operations, and claims decisions. The role focuses on quantitative modeling, structured and unstructured data, LLMs and agentic workflows, production feature pipelines, model inference, evaluation, and measurable business impact. Candidates should have a strong quantitative foundation, programming skills, modeling judgment, and willingness to work with AI systems; insurance, actuarial, ML engineering, cloud, and MLOps experience are advantageous.
