Description
Unispace is hiring a Principal, Delivery & Preconstruction to lead its Preconstruction and Delivery teams in Paris. The role oversees estimating, feasibility, cost planning, procurement, subcontractor engagement, tendering, contracts, construction delivery, risk, programme, forecasting and project performance, while leading a team of around six and supporting the Paris studio. Candidates should have a commercial fit-out background, experience across commercial and operational construction, and the ability to work at both strategic and detailed levels.
