Boston Scientific is hiring a Principal Design Assurance Engineer on the Field CAPA team to lead cross-functional investigations of complex product-performance issues in Active Implantable and Accessories products within the Cardiac Rhythm Management and Diagnostics division. The role focuses on root-cause analysis, CAPAs, NCEPs, PIRs, quality-system documentation, regulatory and ISO 13485 compliance, and continuous improvement, while collaborating with R&D, regulatory, medical safety, manufacturing, post-market, and other quality organizations. The hybrid position is based in Arden Hills, Minnesota, requires at least three days per week onsite, and offers a salary range of $102,100 to $194,000.
