Description
Aion Silicon is hiring a Principal Design Engineer to lead complex ASIC and SoC development programmes from specification through silicon delivery. The role involves defining microarchitectures, driving frontend design, mentoring engineering teams, collaborating with customers and technology partners, managing technical risks and quality targets, and deploying EDA tools and design flows. Candidates need at least 10 years of digital IC, ASIC, or SoC design experience, strong technical leadership and customer-facing skills, and a degree or equivalent experience in electronic or computer engineering.
