Description
Coherent Corp. is hiring a senior photodiode design engineer to lead the design, simulation, development, optimization, and product release of high-speed, high-sensitivity InGaAs/InP photodiodes. The role partners with epitaxial growth, semiconductor process, test, reliability, and manufacturing teams; develops device architectures and fabrication processes; performs characterization and failure analysis; and mentors junior engineers. The position requires a PhD and 10+ years of relevant experience and is based on-site in Fremont, California.
