Coherent Corp. is seeking a senior photodiode device engineer to lead the design, simulation, development, optimization, characterization, qualification, and production release of high-speed, high-sensitivity InGaAs/InP photodiodes. The role collaborates with epitaxial growth, semiconductor process, test, reliability, wafer fabrication, and manufacturing teams, drives technical problem solving and innovation, and mentors junior engineers.
