Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Principal HBM Design Engineer to lead cross-functional efforts for high-volume HBM products. The role owns HBM product design health, ECO implementation, verification, and long-term maintainability; leads silicon and system debug, root-cause analysis, yield and reliability improvements, customer escalations, and system bring-up; and influences architecture and design decisions. Candidates need 8+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 6+ years with a master's degree, along with expertise in HBM/DRAM architecture, high-speed memory interfaces, silicon and system debugging, and digital or custom design and verification.
