Description
Mochi Health is hiring a Principal Designer to lead healthcare experiences across its patient marketplace, provider tools, pharmacy platform, and clinical workflows. The role is primarily an individual-contributor position with roughly 80% hands-on design work and 20% team leadership, including recruiting and developing a 5–7 person design team, building design systems and operations, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations. Candidates need 10+ years of product design experience, at least 4 years leading design teams, strong Figma and design-system expertise, and a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex products. The position is full-time and in-person in San Francisco, with a base salary of $300,000–$350,000 plus benefits and a 20% yearly performance bonus.
