Description
UiPath is hiring a Principal Designer to shape the design direction of AI-forward workflow and automation products, define product design strategy, lead and mentor a global design team, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. The role requires at least eight years of product design experience, a bachelor's degree in product design, communication design, or an equivalent field, experience with AI tools such as Claude Code or Codex, strong Figma proficiency, and knowledge of cross-platform design systems and technical frameworks. The position supports hybrid, office-based, and remote work arrangements.
